The Truth About Twinkie Pie Review By: Bella L
The Truth About The Twinkie Pie was a amazing book. This book is about two sisters that are taking care of each other and they have no mother because there mother had died. One of the girl's names is Leia but really it's not she always changes because she dislikes her original name. Which is Galileo Gallei but she hates that name. But Leia felt that her mother is still alive. At Leia's new school in New York she doesn't really wanna go there but when she meets this really cute boy named Tripp after meeting him she knows she wants to go to school. But she meets a mean girl that is not the best person. Also Leia go on a long adventure with the cute boy Tripp. This book has many recipes. I think that this book should get a newbery award it's very interesting and easy to relate to Leia's life. -Bella L

Masterminds Book Review
I think that Masterminds was a great book. The characters in the story were all very different, which made them fit into the story well. When I first found out the plot that the four characters found out, I could not stop reading. All of the clues that were leading up to it made perfect since. The Author also used a lot of detail to describe all of the places that the characters had to travel, to be able to live a normal life. So I hope that you read this book, it was so descriptive, it had a great theme and plot, and the characters were all very different in their own way. - Madelyn D.

The Entirely True Story of the Unbelievable Fib, Ellie Fleming
I just finished reading the book The Entirely True Story of the Unbelievable Fib. I believe this book is very worthy of winning the Newbery Award. This book has great character development because it introduces each character in great detail which makes it very clear. This book explains everything in great detail, without leaving any cliffhangers which makes the story very easy to read and understand. This book has many interesting parts in it though, which makes it difficult to spot the climax. This book has a very strong ending that leaves you with no more questions, but leaves you wanting to read more. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this at an 8.5. This book is a very worthy opponent for the Newbery award. This is my review of this book.

The Odds of Getting Even, Review By Harper N.
The book, The odds Of Getting Even is a wonderful book written by Sheila Turnage About a girl named Mo and her best friend Dale. Mo and Dale are founders of a detective agency called the Desperado detectives. When Dale's Daddy escapes from prison the Desperadoes are put to work to find him and get him back in jail. This story has many fun plot twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time. It is an amazing story that will have you laughing, crying and yelling the whole time. I encourage anyone who loves a good mystery to start reading this book right away.
